這張專輯名稱是「Living In The Moment」，是活在當下的意思，專輯內不同的歌曲都帶出不同與「生活」及「珍惜」有關的信息。另外，這是一張全創作專輯，Casey一手包辦作曲及填詞。

配合鄉謠味道的音樂，監製JSY特意請來曾替Taylor Swift的歌曲作混音，以及曾榮獲美國格林美獎項的混音大師Chad Carlson為這張專輯的歌曲作混音，將鄉謠味道推到極致。

此外，今次亦請來曾替Jason Mraz, Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga等歌手的歌曲作母帶處理的美國Mastering Engineer – Chris Gehringer，為這張專輯的歌曲作母帶處理，全力打造專輯。
